This Studio is built on the top floor of a newly built house and boasts a
beautiful view over the bay of Timbaki, the Lefka Ori, the Psiloritis
mountain range and the village of Pitsidia.
Situated on a hill overlooking Pitsidia this oasis of peace and quiet has a
lot to offer with the sandy beach of Kommos just over 2km from your door,
the village of Pitsidia within walking distance and a bevy of walking paths
and places of interest nearby.
The spectacular sunsets and a night sky that begs for star gazing come free
of charge.
The studio
The studio has a private entrance and a parking spot.
It has a decadently large, private terrace which is partly roofed over
providing you with all the sun and shade you could wish for.
The studio is furnished comfortably with modern amenities
choice of either a double or 2 single beds
a cot suitable for a young child is available on request

a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, water
heater, electric juicer, plates, cutlery...
a bathroom with toilet, washing basin and shower with thermostatic

Rates & booking
The studio is available for 50€ per day. There is a separate 30€ cleaning fee, use of
the air conditioning is included in the daily rate.
